Positives: Breakfast was fresh and the area was clean. The room was spacious and the front desk clerk was kind. She helped tremendously when there was a small hiccup in our room. The GM even called the following day and apologized.
Negatives: While everything was clean the cleaning crew accidentally missed cleaning under the sink in our room. This was dealt with immediately by the front desk staff who was appalled, but took care of it.

Positives: location was good lobby is nice
Negatives: room was not very clean. asked for linen, and the person who dropped it off smelled horribly of weed, which in turn made our linen smell like weed. we were in town for my child to have an appt at children’s hospital. very disappointing.

Positives: Nicely situated near many of our scheduled events between Harrison Opera House and Nauticus Museum/ Wisconsin ship. The bedrooms were large and clean.
Negatives: Little off street parking was available although there was a parking deck directly across the street for $13 per day unless you leave lot you have to pay $13 every time and $18 if the motel validates ticket for exit and entrances . Several items in room were either broke or missing(dresser knob, paper towel holder. Living room TV was not hooked up(all connection wires were unplugged). We called desk for assistance but no one answered, so we had to hook up ourselves. Bedroom TV too small for large room. Jacuzzi near pool had only a few jet’s working and they weren’t powerful enough .
Nicely situated near Events.

Positives: The Front Desk Receptionist/Guest Services was very polite and helpful when we checked in Saturday evening. Our room was clean. The breakfast that Sunday morning overall was pretty good. Also when we checked out (Late Sunday Morning) the Front Desk was very helpful also.
Negatives: Well, w had the handicap accessible room. We didn't need it nor request it, but it could have been all they had left regarding what we had booked..not sure. Now, I admit that was a little irritating bc the shower was not a regular tub and shower (understandably bc it's for special assistance or needs) so it was walk-in. But water was flowing all on the floor...before I even used it. That was kind of messy and the shower curtain was drawn. All of this was noticed BEFORE I started my shower. The small piece that was a "barrier" to keep the water "in" was honestly useless. It was not sturdy...and it could honestly make someone fall. I just used a VERY large towel (the full bath towel) to keep the floor neat/dry before I started my shower. The hotel didn't seem slammed or packed bc breakfast in the morning was a breeze (I went like 7:30am or 7:45ish (it's only 2hrs now) That was my main gripe, was the way the shower was set up. I'll make sure I say respectfully no handicap accessible room please.
