Positives:
That the breakfast was free and the beds were very comfortable
Negatives:
For breakfast a lot of the items seemed old. The bagels were hard and muffins not fresh at all. Eggs were very runny. The only great thing was the tea. The fruit was old squishy oranges and bananas that had been severely bruised. The hallway had dehumidifiers lining the hallway. No air conditioning in the hallways or main entrance only in the room and we had to turn it up a lot to cool it down.

Easy location off the highway, not too expensive. Decently comfortable bed and staff was nice.

Everything was outdated and a bit dirty. Saw a cockroach in the hallway.

There was nothing to like, if there was any other option I would have left immediately.
Negatives:
The hotel was dirty, the sheets and towels were marked. There was mould all over the ceiling and a smell of damp. The large industrial sized dehumidifiers and fans in the hallways would suggest they have a serious moisture problem. The staff don’t seem to be present at the front desk, probably because they know of all the problems and can’t fix any of them. None of the outlets worked - so no way to charge a phone, no alarm clock, etc. There were random people drinking beer in the parking lot right outside reception, I didn’t want to bring my children in. This was by far and away the worst place I have ever stayed. They had the audacity to leave a note in the room asking customers to ‘bear with them’ whilst they improve - they have no business offering mouldy rooms paying customers. I have no idea why Booking.com gives this place a good rating, I’ve been really let down.

Positives:
Great hotel. The lobby playlist had great modern day songs. The breakfast was good. The staff was all very friendly. We did have one slight issue with the shower head, it was not working correctly, but the issue was fixed immediately it was replaced with a new one.
The pool was great, my kids loved it.
Probably the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back.
