Positives: Kids were screaming and running around in their rooms all night, called and complained multiple times nothing changed.

Negatives: The owners or the managers themselves were extremely rude and belligerent didn't know definitions of words they were using in the English language accusations and were completely no help whatsoever in solving the matter whether it was their way or the highway. Complete God complex is what I would call the manager having.
