Advertising shuttle service on your website is a bit misleading. I booked Sheraton because I thought you provided airport shuttle. Unfortunately that was not the case leading to me having to pay for taxi.
Please make it clear on your website that the shittle does not cover airport.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Although a bit far from central Reston, location is nice and quiet, and hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro station with friendly and service-oriented drivers. There is a convenient 7-Eleven close by with gas. Reception is exceptional with attentive and courteous staff.
Negatives:
Breakfast is rather disappointing. You are given a $14.00 voucher to order from an individual at a cash register. A big muffin is about $5.00 and one biscotti is $3.00… just to give you an idea how much you can actually order. They have biscuit sandwiches, fruit salad in a cup, scones, croissants, etc. It’s also slow serving process… one order at a time. Also, there is no pool in such a beautiful and spacious hotel, especially for a hot summer day.
