Positives:
For the most part the room was clean and there was ample parking
Negatives:
Several spots in room and bathroom that were not cleaned properly. Everything was extra and the prices in their market were abhorrent. Shuttle didn't run far enough out. It only covered what was essentially walking distance. Pool had no towels. Don't pay extra for river view as it's absolutely not worth it.

Bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and well kept.
Negatives:
The heat seemed to mess up. Heat was on, then room got really cold. Had to cut it off and adjust but started working ok afterwards.

Positives:
The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Our view was awesome and the staff was wonderful. Hotel is walking distance to Browns island, which makes it great if you will be attending an event there.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't care for were the extra fees above taxes. I wish Hotels would just put the fees into the cost of the room instead of the surprise at the end. They aren't the only ones that do this. If we were on a tight budget this could pose a problem.

the lobby is beautiful and updated.
Negatives:
the rooms need some updates, some of the furniture looks old. The mirrors where dirty and the bathroom had some orange dirty marks around the caulking.
