Negatives: Where do I start? The interior of the property looked very dingy and cheap. I felt like the receptionist could have cared less I was there. Even the hallways to my room felt uninviting and that was just at check-in. The room itself was probably one of the worse I've ever stayed in. To start, I found a COMBAT ROACH BAIT in my room!!! Now, I didn't see any bugs but the fact the roach trap was in the room at all meant they had to be somewhere. The refrigerator was dinged up and damaged both inside and out. The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned, I even had to flush the toilet multiple times to properly flush everything away. Finally, the walls even had chipped paint and a few dents, which just added to the room's cheap & dirty aesthetic.

Negatives: Cotto needs renovations up-to-date. Hotel needs major cleaning.Disgusting to not waste your money.

Negatives: It was very dated and worn out. The common areas were dirty. I booked because the website said there was a full kitchen. There weren't any dishes, etc in the kitchen or a coffee maker. I had to ask for them, and I didn't see the sign stating that I had to request them until the next morning. I had called the location Friday morning asking if there was a full kitchen with dishes. The person that answered the phone was virtually impossible to understand. I thought she said that is was a full kitchen including dishes/utensils. When I arrived, the kitchen drawers were bare. I had very little time between my arrival and my evening event, and really needed the room already stocked with these items. In the morning, the first coffee maker they brought didn't work and I had to ask for another to be delivered after I had already filled it with coffee and water. If there is one thing that I expect in a hotel room when I travel, it is an in-room coffee maker, so I can have coffee first when I get up in the morning. I don't want to have to wait on this. I could not wait to check out, because it was such a disappointing room.
