Positives: Location was near to want I needed to go but rhe hotel it self was not in a good location
Negatives: The room was small beds very uncomfortable the place look old and run down but the number one thing because of the location and the people that kept hanging around didn't feel safe the entire time of my stay

Positives: It was ok for a night. We went to VCU for preview day and it was perfect location. Had some negative reviews but at least it was less than the others I read.
Negatives: More deep cleaning needed but if it just stays like that due to the age of the property, I understand.

Positives: Good value for money. Pleasant stay. Location was easily accessible to nearby amenities.
Negatives: Breakfast was continental. Could have been better if there was additional vegetarian options or atleast egg for protein.
