About This Property
Located across from the Virginia State Capitol, this Richmond hotel features art, photography, furniture, accents and décor that create a Richmond experience. Positives:
Nothing. I didn't stay. They made me check in online the day before arrival, but due to a cancelled flight, I couldn't get there.
Negatives:
They said they would refund me due to e circumstances since I couldn't make it there. They said they would send my cancellation to booking.com, but never did. Booking . Com blames the Commonwealth and the Commonwealth blames booking. Com. I learned my lesson about booking via 3rd party and pre-check in

Wonderful staff, great location
Negatives:
No hot water. When reported to the staff they explained that it was due to the age of the building and the location of our room. They asked that I wait to shower until they could send some around to some of the vacant rooms to circulate the hot water. We were not advised of the issue when we booked our king suite.
The a/c unit in the bedroom was EXTREMELY noisy. We got no sleep.
