This, to me, is better than the “disappointing” rating it has.
HOWEVER, a family or couple may differ in that opinion.
The mattress was nice and firm. The AC worked and was quiet. The TV had enough channels. The water was hot and pressure was good. I even liked the soap. Honest!
It is right off 581 and maybe 2 miles from 81.
Waffle House is down the hill on the corner. El Toreo restaurant is next door.

For people who care: the pool is closed.
Some rooms appear to have extended-stay guests.
The room I was in showed wear and tear, but cosmetics did not interfere with my hygiene routine not sleep.
I never like to drop my room key at an unattended front desk, but that was my only option at 9am. So be it.

Stayed there a lot different rooms all king and a few full doubles cheap rates no deposit great water pressure the house keeping was super nice!
Negatives:
Staff could be friendlier or more welcoming only one employee really made it feel that way for us one guy tried double charging our card and then asked for cash when we already had a booking recipt so that was weird. Cops roll around the place at a snails pace and stare you down like a criminal like all hours of the day also a little weird.

We arrived at the Travelodge, and the man who owns this property screamed at me repeatedly. In front of another customer. We wouldn't stay due to his anger towards women. There wouldn't have been an issue if he had just stopped and listened to what I was trying to say.
