Positives:
I always loved the Short Pump area due to its shopping & eateries, so it was perfect location.
I had a great window view with my room.
The staff were very easy going & made my stay worth while.
Also, I love how you can virtually check in and have your virtual room key ready beforehand to bypass check in. Parking was great too!
Negatives:
The walls were very thin so I could hear “everything” the couple was doing next to me, so very hard to sleep. The shower pressure was amazing but due to the style of it, water seeped through the door so I had soaked towels at night into the morning & vice versa. I appreciate the fridge but having it near the sink was odd but nothing crazy to complain about.

location and staff were phenomenal! haven’t had such a friendly stay in a long time! The room was great but a little worn and was not my favorite Aloft layout but that is just my preference when staying with our pets! overall I 110% recommend and will stay again- just falls slightly short of perfect!
