Negatives:
Hotel room had fleas and bedbugs. Toilet in the bathroom was not secured to the floor. Bedspread and furniture were covered with stains.

Positives:
The location off of I-81 was why I picked it, plus their pet policy and the fact that they have laminate floors rather than carpeting.
Negatives:
Although I requested a first floor room over a month earlier, they did not save one for me. At the next Red Roof Inn I stayed at they set aside a first floor room as I requested so I know that it would have been possible for the Staunton one to do so if they had wanted to.

Fair, but I won't stay...
Positives:
Relatively cheap. Easy to access off the Interstate. Large, comfortable bed. Generally satisfactory.
Negatives:
Room could really do with some redecoration and a deep clean. The doors were filthy where they are regularly handled. The shower wasn't very warm. The breakfast offering was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel - it wasn't worth the effort to get down to reception. The site itself is a bit desolate - miles from anywhere, although convenient for the Interstate. Other than that it served it's purpose for an overnight stay on a road trip.

This place was a dump! Filthy, dusty, old, spider and web in bathtub, broken fixtures, bathroom door did not close, insufficient bed linens, suspicious stain on bed cover. Stayed one night because we were tired.
