Positives: Location is close to everything.

Negatives: The parking fee is ridiculous. The parking lot itself needs paved badly, riddled with potholes. The breakfast is very small, was much better in the past. The heat unit in the room was fairly loud. The pillows are extremely flat, would definitely recommend bringing your own.

Positives: The room was clean and comfortable.

Negatives: I forgot my laptop charger in the room and went back after check out to ask to retrieve my belongings. The front desk staff would not allow me to access the room. She sent housekeeping to look for my charger and claimed there was no charger in the room where I said it was. Not being from the area, I really needed to get my charger, I had to practically argue with the desk staff to get my charger back. I had to speak with management, and she walked into the room to the very spot, I left my charger and found it. Also, having to pay for parking, the parking should be free. I probably will never book this property again due to my experience not being pleasant towards the end of my stay.
