Negatives: The AC fan was extremely loud when it came on, disturbed our sleep. Also seen a roach while eating breakfast, ruined my appetite. Informed the front desk attendant Hannah, she said she would inform the breakfast staff. Also asked Hannah about a charge I was told I had to pay, she didnt see the charge, and after I asked her a few more questions, she annoyingly asked if I wanted to pay for it. Not the best attitude working at a front deskI noticed she was on social media when she sat her phone down so maybe I was interrupting her. Who knows!
