It was a wonderful stay. Our room was upgraded to the king suite after I told the gentleman at the desk that we were there to celebrate our anniversary. He offered to send up a bottle of wine as well. It could not have been better!

Noisy under counter refrigerator in the room. It has a hum that is difficult to block out, even with ear plugs. Noisy heating unit - is very noisy when it comes on.

Room 410 heater was loud. Woke up every time it came on.
Room 402 had a bubble on the ceiling where it looked like there was a leak.
Pool temp 69.8 and 70.1 was to cold.

I loved the check-in process, Shawntea was amazing from check-in to check out!. She was pleasant and professional and had everything ready for my family to have a great experience. The Lagers restaurant was nice & live music. The hotel is in the perfect location near stores. Right on the beach. The buffet was delicious. Reese was a great server for our breakfast. We will return in the warmer days coming

The pool was not heated. The area was cold. No heat blowing inside. People look forward to that in the winter months & that was a huge disappointment. My kids expected to have a good time at the pool. Especially for their bday weekend. Please do better with the pool area. & it was not cleaned inside the pool. Very bad experience with the indoor pool. Only 1 elevator was working. They did give away complimentary waters & snacks due to that inconvenience.
