The room was very nice. Three of stayed in a King Suite will pull out sofa bed. Location is great, property is beautiful
Negatives:
Breakfast was not great. Could not cut the sausage patty, biscuits were hard. Was happy with fruit and yogurt, but I got the last of the cut fruit. Bowl did not get refilled. We were there at 9:15.
Barking dos in the unit below us was irritating.
$40 is taxes for one night is ridiculous. I know hotel does not control that but it has limited my trips to Virginia Beach. I used to go 2 - 3 times per year. This year was once, next year probably will not go at all

I'm old fashioned, daily room cleaning. At least remove old towels and providing new. Take out garbage, new soap, toilet paper. Just a daily check on these. Not necessarily cleaning or making beds.

The location right on the Boardwalk. The size and appointments of the suite with full kitchen and sitting area. Two TV's with full lineup of cable channels. Very good free, diverse full-time breakfast included. All rooms facing the beach with balcony.
Negatives:
Air conditioner very noisy as it is in a closet in the bedroom. Ran out of hot water every time I showered. They must have turned off boilers for the off season.
