Overall nice place
Positives:
Staff was very friendly and accommodating 10/10 .Great location. Breakfast was good. Complimentary valet too. Rooms were very clean.
Negatives:
Ac vent blew hot air on the tiny balcony. Balcony was basically unusable as a result. My partner got stuck on the elevator too. Also, it would have been really nice to have a broom and dustpan provided in the room. Housekeeping comes every other day. Being at the beach and with pets, it would have been nice to be able to sweep up the sand and dog hair every day. Just a minor thing I thought would have made the stay much more comfortable for my family.
