Much of what is advertised on the booking.com page for this hotel is WRONG and it greatly disappointed my expectations bc of this. No hot tub, no kitchenette in the room (there are photos on the website?! staff told me they’ve never offered this), I was charged for my “complimentary breakfast” and the outdoor pool is closed most of the year. Every time I asked the staff about the things I was promised in my booking I was told this was all booking.com’s fault for misrepresenting their property. So yeah, pretty disappointing
