We liked being on the ground floor, convenient to everything, the grounds were beautiful and breakfast was great.

Could have been a little cleaner, dusty furniture, no tea in the room, only coffee and didn't have tea bags at the office. Outside furniture covered in pollen and couldn't sit down.

Were not allowed after specific request to early check in had to wait til 4. In the AM house keeping woke us up at 815 knocking on the door, retuned twice more WAY before 11. when I complained about it they said there was no house keeping working yet which was a lie because I walked past rooms getting flipped. It was my vacation I was MAD.

The breakfast was really nice. The ambiance gives cute lil diner and you have a cool variety of foods.

It looks abandoned, dark and creepy in a lot of areas. The back yard area has the potential to look beautiful and it needs better lighting. The lil passage to the pool. Gross! Water dripping from ceiling, smelled like a wet dirty dog. My balcony door was off the track so that was very irritating.

Never any pool towels despite promises of sending them by the front desk. Pool floor had severe mildew growth. Pool closed for two days. Lobby bathroom out of soap for days despite notifying the front desk. Large section of carpet trip hazard.. walls and doors in rooms don't keep out noise.
