The hotel has a black mold problem, the rooms are not clean, there was a ton of dust everywhere. Most of the front desk staff are rude and were more interested in arguing rather than being helpful. I was very turned off about the high level of noise.

This a a wonderful place to stay! The merchants take the safety and cleanliness of their property very seriously and my experience was very pleasant; they accommodated a request I had so that I could get to an event on time; #recommended.
