Positives:
Our room was very clean and beds were quite comfortable. Plenty of parking near our rooms which was great as we didn’t have to walk much. We needed some extra supplies and quick call to the front desk resolved that immediately so needless to say, service was great! Check in staff was extremely friendly upon our arrival and let us know our eating options around which we tried. We will be stopping here again on our way back.

It was an easy stay. Friendly GSR’s and housekeeping staff. Room was clean, amenities were ample for our quick stay. Location was fantastic and beautiful sights all around. Breakfast was good too but I wish there was a bit more variety for something savory. Overall very great value for our short stay.

The location of the hotel.
Negatives:
The room was super dirty. Old wash cloth left on the floor from previous customers. The floor didnt look clean. The sheets on the bed had oil stain spots. The beds were terrible. The continental breakfast was less to be desired.

Nice, easy convenient location from the interstate. Check in was quick and smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Location. Picked for a stay on the way home from Florida.
Negatives:
My key didn’t work. They had to route us to a different room. The floors were dirty and sticky. There were brown bugs seen several time in the room. Neighboring room has a pile of cat food on the ground in front of his door. It was scattered around. Tv remote didn’t work and the room smelled really bad.

The room seemed clean, despite the need for remodeling. Most of the lights worked, but not all of them. So I was happy I wasn’t left in the dark.

Our standard room was $89 and some change… I was told by desk personnel (after I went to the room and returned to inquire why there wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator) that they are not included in the price of our room. But I made out better than the guy next-door. His room did not include toilet paper. The Red Roof, Booking.com add stated, hotel served breakfast, and they did. Which consisted of, bread, watered down coffee, some jelly, old dried up cereal.. and questionable milk. I passed on all but-the watered down coffee…photos posted… of breakfast area.
