Positives:
Not much I had the room with the spa in it that was enjoyable. The location is very good it is in the middle of Yorktown, but still close to Newport News and Hampton.
Negatives:
It was very old. They had dust and debris everywhere. The elevator did not work on the 3rd floor. It had a old smell. My room had old wood floors. I would only stay here if I had no choice. It was not enjoyable.

Staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable. The place is real close to every store, restaurant, and especially the beach… which was amazing! They also had free self served coffee for the mornings and had a free pizza night for the clients who wanted to attend! Definitely would stay here again at my next visit, which will be soon!
Negatives:
Not sure if this was because it was my first stay in a hotel for “x” amount of days or if it was because they needed new hires but there was no housekeeping and floors were dirty but other than that, great stay!

It was a good location not far from stores and restaurants.

The pillows were thin, the smell in the halls and stairwell was terrible, the floors were dirty as well, but the roo. Itself was clean. Except, there was hair in the sink and the tub was questionable.

Bed was comfortable. Manager was nice. Person at check-in was nice. Location was close to where I had to go.
Negatives:
Elevator was not working. Roach was found in the bathroom. A lot of construction at the property that was not indicated upon booking. There was never anyone at the front desk in the morning.
