Location was perfect. Staff were all friendly. Bed was quite comfortable. Quiet even though we were right by the elevator. Food was very tasty.
Negatives:
Attention to the details of a room could have been better. Pee dripped on bathroom wall, dirty carpet, stringy hand towels, liquid drips on back of the desk chair, no local TV stations & internet was down but we were not told it would be fixed by 5pm.

The smell of our room was horrible once we opened the door to our room the smell of old cigarettes was so overwhelming that we almost went and asked for a new room. But we figured that they all were like that…. I did mention it to the front desk and they said yes it used to be an old smoking room. We are not smokers so it was pretty difficult to handle the smell we smelled of stale cigarettes when we left.

Breakfast was great, check in was polite and efficient. The front desk agent did not mention breakfast during the check in process, but I saw the breakfast room the next morning.
Negatives:
The bed... there was a noticeable hump in the middle of the bed, with a divot where each person would lay. Pillows were WAY too thick. If you're going to provide four pillows, maybe make them varying thicknesses?
