Negatives: Low toilets in bathroom no safety handles warn out scraped chairs/ furniture in room

Negatives: My stay at this hotel was a frustrating and disappointing experience. While Steve at the front desk was professional and helpful during check-in, the rest of the staff failed miserably in providing even basic hospitality. The hotel charged a $75 per night deposit for incidentals, which I was told would cover parking fees. However, parking fees were charged separately in an additional transaction without any clear explanation. The buffet experience was no better. The buffet attendant and cleaning staff were outright rude, raising their voices at guests and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of training and management oversight. To make matters worse, the hotel withheld an amount equal to 50% of my three-night stay, and this deposit has yet to be refunded. Such mismanagement and negligence are appalling and unacceptable. Steve is the only reason I’m not rating this even lower, as he was the only person who showed professionalism and tried to make the check-in process smooth. Unfortunately, one good employee cannot compensate for the overall terrible experience this hotel provided.

Negatives: Most of the breakfast food was cold. Our bed had a huge rip on the bottom of it that was fully visible. The televisions in our family members' rooms didn't work.

Negatives: The coffee machine is outdated, and "tea drinkers" are forced to use the same coffee maker with almost no tea selection. The bathroom is a bit outdated. Only one elevator functioned.
