Positives: Very affordable. Clean. Hygienic. Has a small kitchen, full sized fridge, microwave. They provide basic stuff needed for kitchen. Great location also. All day long free brewed coffee!

Negatives: Breakfast was very very simple. Just coffee and cupcake basically. But you get what you pay for and you don't go here for a breakfast buffet.
