This is unacceptable if you need to be completely rested early in the morning.

Taxes are high! We did not realize so many taxes were added to the cost of the stay. They did not serve dinner on the Saturday night we were there, and we wanted to eat there. So, they told us of another place to go just close by, and that worked for us. Not sure if the kitchen was open on Sunday for breakfast. We left early.

The location was good, the hotel was generally clean, ie rooms and lobby. The staff were kind but terribly understaffed to meet the basic demands of a Hilton guest.
Negatives:
Room service, no one answers the phone ever. We had to go down to the reception to get orders done.
Extremely slow, and the preparation took ages as they are just no staff! Literally, 1 person is trying to handle the reception and room service. The food was bland and dry.
Spa, the pool and hot tub were filthy! I think a 2-star property would have had it better cleaned. In addition, the hot tub jets were inoperative. (The tub wasn't even filled with hot water, barely warm)
