Positives:
Lovely room, spacious and clean. I liked the bagged breakfast, convenient to eat in room or take with you. A few more toiletries in bathroom would have been nice.

Microwave, Outlook, good beds, good location
Negatives:
The cafe of the hotel is not open. We need to take out breakfast each morning! I found out
the fruit was missing one morning, and I was told by the receptionist on the phone that no fruit was available that morning .However, it happened again the following morning when I checked my bag.I was given fruit right away!
I do think the receptionist kept leaving fruit behind!

Positives:
Comfortable bed
Negatives:
Everything else. The room key security at entrance was broken and anyone could get in without key. No electrical outlet near table between beds to plug in CPAP, had to pull out bed to find on far end. Filthy dirty behind bed. No glass glasses, so used the plastic one. Poured a glass of wine and there was a good sized hole in bottom so it leaked out of the bottom everywhere. Woke up to turn heat up and the carpet was soaking wet there, feet got wet and were freezing cold. We will NEVER EVER go back.

Worst hotel experience ever!
Positives:
The hotel is in a great location. And, the water pressure in my room was amazing. I could almost say I’d go back for that reason alone. I found the bed soft and comfortable.
Negatives:
The entrance way hallways floor to my room was sticky, and then, I could clearly hear people in other rooms from the hallway. The design of the building and how there are separate entrances with awkward to use key card slots to get indoors just seemed a little unsafe to me as a solo traveler. It looks old, and it’s not really a place I’d want to bring a friend back to at the end of a work day.
