The facilities were nice.
Negatives:
The sofa bed mattress was dirty (there were literally pieces of peanuts on it when we first pulled it out) and EXTREMELY uncomfortable, you could feel the metal spires from the touch. The value for money was not met at all because of that.

Bed was nice, kitchen was nice, tv was nice, space was nice. The breakfast was pretty good maybe a bit limited and considering it is Seattle area, the coffee didn't taste that good and wasn't that hot. Lobby was very attractive. The small marketplace was convenient for purchasing snacks. Location was perfect for visiting my family in Bellevue.
Negatives:
It was required to wear masks, and yet they had a cheerleading competition with about 100 people in the lobby (kids and their parents) and only about 10% were wearing masks. That was annoying especially with Omnicron variant of covid now and guests had to wear masks to walk around but not this large group of tightly pack people??? Parking was confusing to enter and expensive, $14 per night. Entrance is not well marked and I was not sure how to park when I arrived at night.

I chose this hotel because it had a pool which was great for the kids. We got adjoining rooms and staff were very accommodating. Very clean and well stocked rooms. Full kitchen which is always a nice option for families. TVs swivel 360 degrees so you can watch from bed or sitting area. Close to downtown Bellevue so everything very easily and quickly accessible. Hot and cold breakfast was very decent. Free WiFi. We would definitely stay again.
Negatives:
No hot tub.
Had to pay $14 for parking.
