There was a sex toy left on the ground by the previous traveler. It made me wonder how clean the room actually was. I’m upset that I touched it! When I told the front desk about it and showed them the picture and video of it they just said “sorry about that.”

W Bellevue didn’t honor my reservation with booking.com. They stated that the price paid through booking was “not an approved prepay price” for my reservation and tried to charge $200 more but because I booked the room for a friend who was from out of town, they were unable to pay and when I spoke with them to try and fix it over the phone, they stated I needed to resolve it with booking.com because they “couldn’t touch those reservations.” my friend ended up staying with other people she knew in town so I was charged over $400 for a room no one slept in.
