Beds and pillows horrible. Bad sleep quality, too high, awoke with pain in back.
Toilet seat slid around. Not properly fastened.
Tiny mold spots in some caulking areas.
Need grab bars in bath/shower area.
Housekeeping service ended at about 830 AM. Room not cleaned for 3 days.

This hotel was way over priced
Negatives:
breakfast was terrible, low quality, no service staff at all, plastic cutlery all self service and even paper plates. I payed $230 for my room this kind of service is very poor. Many staff at breakfast unfriendly and uncooperative. No management presence at all.
