The room was not clean and the heater did not work at all .mind you this was dead of winter and the low was 29 degrees for the night! They offered to give me a discount off the room but I ask for a refund and went somewhere else.

Front desk staff, Naomi, was friendly, informative and welcoming. She provided excellent information on where we could have our car serviced.

At breakfast there was no milk or butter until the supply truck arrived.
We had to unplug the fridge because the motor would make a loud noise like an alarm clock, for a few minutes every hour.
