Red Lion Hotel Ellensburg

Negatives: The pool and hot tub are indoor, that's why I chose this hotel. BUT BOTH WERE COLD

Negatives: it needs to be updated. it’s old. my ground floor room had a broken window. the bathroom was very small and the shower was kinda gross

Negatives: To start off, the first room we were given keys to was already occupied, someone was taking a shower in it. The halls/entryway/staircase everywhere in the hotel was dirty. We went for just a one night away from the house trip and I planned on our trip around the fact that the hotel had a pool. I got my two toddlers in their swimsuits and we went down to the pool, which was down a very long weird turning hallway, to find that the pool was so dirty we couldn’t swim in it. The pool room itself was FREEZING and the water was murky and there was some sort of gravel or something all along the bottom of the kid pool. We went to tell the front desk and the guy at the front desk at the time says “yeah, I know, I’m sorry about that”. So, they were well aware of this. Then, the breakfast they have advertised was pretty much non existent. We went about an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over and there was a couple sausage links, some old oatmeal, and one mini muffin. I, again, nicely mentioned to the front desk and asked if they were making more and they told me “what we have is out”. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay in my life. I wish I could get my money back at this point. We left hungry with two kids who were crying to go swimming. Waste. Of. Money.

Negatives: Carpets and painting could definitely use replacement and care. No coffeemaker in the room.

Negatives: We were in the older parn.Lots of dings & paint missen.The room was Not vacuumed good

Negatives: room was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, pool was dirty plus the air conditioning was running when it was 20 degrees outside. staff was rude

Negatives: Property needs a serious update.

Negatives: I was charged multiple fees that were not agreed upon. Including 50nand others. It even appears i was billed for two days when your representative told me I would be billed for one day.

Negatives: we were given a room as far away as one could get from the front. The keys quit at 9:30 AM next morning. Pool and pool room were cold. Honestly, I don't really think the place should have opened yet. They're refurbing everywhere and my money would have been better spent at anyone of the 5 or 6 adjacent hotels! I used to think the name "Red Lion" was dependable.
