Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I disliked pretty much everything about this hotel. It was dirty. The hallways and rooms smelled like urine and vomit. Half the lights in the room were gone. There were holes in the window screens so bugs got in. Disgusting

The ONLY thing I liked about this hotel was the location.
Negatives:
Oh my goodness! Where do I start...First, I booked a room with 1 queen bed, got 2 twin beds. Second, room was absolutely disgusting! So unsanitary I wouldn't let my dog go in until I disinfected it! Yes I HAD TO DISINFECT IT MYSELF! EVEN BOUGHT THE CLOROX

The security to the lobby was broken. The nonsmoking hotel hallways were full of smoke with no fans of any kind. The staff ranged from very competent to indifferent to rude.

The room is/was very "cozy". Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was great. Loved that the location isn't to to far away from my family. LOVE the size of the refrigerator and the accommodating kitchen. Appreciate the gated parking lot, as well.
Negatives:
Only 1 luggage cart. :( When we got there, I had to go looking for it. It was on the 3rd floor. When I came down the elevator with it, to use for "my" stuff, there where 2 other people wanting to use it. We where told that there where 2 carts, but I never saw a 2nd one, or 2 side by side.

Positives:
Waking up everyday to get free breakfast and coffee is the best thing. And also, providing kitchens appliances for their customers in every room. I've never been to hotel like this before in my life. Everything is taken care of for everyone. I love it!

Staff at the front desk was nice and answered all my questions. she was helpful.
Negatives:
Room service was at a minimum. They told me it was due to covid so one per week. I was there for 2 weeks waiting on my apartment application. Then I learned that the smoke detector was broken and kept sounding off every 20 minutes. I changed rooms.
Positives:
It was better than the first place we attempted to stay at, but that's about it.
Negatives:
My wife and coworker were accosted in the parking lot by a drunken Occupant of the hotel... I went out to intervene and thought it was gonna be a fight, luckily it wasn't. The building and room had crumbs on the floor and seemed quite unkept and dirty.
