Red Lion Inn and Suites Everett

Negatives: Rooms not clean. Understaffed. Some one on our floor with a large barking dog. The person kept slamming doors and yelling (bad words). We checked out after only 2 hours.

Negatives: There was no receptionist when we arrived at 9:45 so we joined the line waiting to be checked in and we waited another 20 minutes before some one came. There were no bath towels, and the ones we requested never arrived.

Negatives: Very basic with very few amenities. There were no cups in the bathroom, no hair dryer, no tub mat, no coffee, and the reading lamps were mounted to the headboard and the placement was very inconvenient. Sketchy neighborhood but was close to the hospital I needed to be near.

Negatives: Just about everything. Worst place I ever stayed.. Didnt even have coffee. Had to ask for clean towels. Refrigerators did not work well. Elevator was dirty. Reception desk was often unmanned, requiring long waits for service. Staff was unfriendly.

Negatives: Common areas were not well kept. No one was on duty when I arrived at 9pm. Had to wait at front desk for 40 minutes before an employee showed to check us in. No breakfast. The manager would not give me a receipt for my stay. They said Booking.com would send me one. Still haven't received it. My company requires a receipt from the company, not a booking agency.

Negatives: The hotel advertised breakfast included and when we got there no breakfast was provided, not even coffee or tea. When I questioned staff as to why I had a confirmation which stated breakfast was provided and there was none, I was told that they had asked the owners to stop advertising breakfast but they had been ignored. There also was no hair dryer in the room and I had to go and ask for one, which was somewhat inconvenient, as I'd just jumped out of the shower. I have never had to do that before in a hotel. The drink machine in the foyer was also broken.

Negatives: The amenities listed are no accurate. There is no breakfast. The rooms have different things also. We stayed here for a funeral with most of my family, 5 rooms total. 2 rooms the ac did not work. Non had a working desk or coffee pot. The parking lot at night is filled with drugs and people working on cars.

Negatives: Air conditioning did not work, no breakfast available, no coffee available, mold in shower, no hair dryer in room.

Negatives: It was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was smoke free. We found used tampons in the garbage, dental floss on the floor in the corner of the bathroom. Stains all through the entire facility. Front counter ppl barely spoke English. Was worried about our car in the parking lot. I would never stay again.

Negatives: attention and attitude from the staff .they were slow and not polite

Negatives: The website states Coffee in the room and breakfast n we needed a place to work no desk. We would have stayed somewhere else if we new that we would have to drive out to eat which took time from our work day often the lobby was not attended n you had to ring the bell to get a person. Yuck

Negatives: I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The woman at the front desk has no hospitality for being in the hospitality industry. There were 4 of us with not enough towels. I asked for more and she told me no... The hallway smelled like pee. The floor was dirty in the room. After a shower our feet would still be dirty because we picked it up from the floor. Sheets hadn't been changed. We had visible stains on the beds. We stripped the bed to force them to clean and change them. It's hard to enter the hotel. You have to go down a side street behind a building. It's not intuitive. Their breakfast room is now a storage room. I'm sure they stopped serving it during COVID and never started again. It's not worth the lower price to stay here. Go somewhere else. Pay a little more.
