Negatives:
Parking was a nightmare. Female staff and their boyfriends were constantly outside smoking. Has a kitchen but no dishes UNLESS you are on the 1st floor. Booking.com does not mention this at all. No blow dryer. Then they weren't going to refund the rest of the nights when I decided to checkout the next morning but they ended up refunding. Also a bunch of weirdos staying their long term. Doesn't seem like a safe place for kids.

The manager was insanely rude. My kids and I had just lost our home and I'm fighting an vasculitis autoimmune disorder that is destroying my internal organs. Our dog got off the leash unexpectedly for about 7 minutes. She ran to go pee outside and then ran to the car. They kicked us out over it and gave me an hour to vacate with everything. Then the manager proceeded to overly laugh with another worker while I was painfully loading the car jb

Positives:
All of the staff members were incredibly friendly. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and exceeded my expectations given the room price. The bed had nice linens and was very comfortable. Direct TV was an added bonus with a good selection of channels.
Negatives:
The chairs in the first room I stayed in (307) were terribly worn out. This is my only complaint regarding accommodations.
The furnishings in the second room I stayed in (431) were in much better condition.
