Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Negatives:
When we arrived they told me the rooms were overbooked. They then told me that they tried calling me earlier that day. I booked the room almost a month in advance. I’m not sure why they waited until the same day to contact me to tell me I no longer had a room. They also did not offer ANY help whatsoever to try find a hotel that we could stay in. There was no backup or suggestions on where we could go, the person just shrugged and said sorry and stared at me.

The staff were very nice and I appreciated the gate around the property to prevent car theft and break ins.
Negatives:
I got bit by bed bugs, the bed was very uncomfortable, the toilet handle was kind of broken, and the kitchen sink had a slow drain.

Very convenient location when trying...
Negatives:
The room wasn't "clean"/ready until an hour and a half after the listed check in time (which made us late to our event) and even when they were done cleaning it REEKED of urine. The room was very dingy and gross. There was only one helpful staff member who was very apologetic. For $200 a night I would expect MUCH better. The only help offered was they gave us a bottle of air freshener, which could only do so much when the smell was so strongly engrained in the carpet. Like you could smell it down the hall before you even got to the room it was so bad. One of the receptionists even said "oh yeah I saw that room it was disgusting." Potentially the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I'm really not that picky...
