able to fit a large family(5) comfortably, making it more economical than booking 2 rooms, . Clean; having a fridge was useful. Having a warm American breakfast included was nice. SHOPPING nearby was handy. Good location easy to get to.
Negatives:
booking.com did not mention the paid parking.
I had a windows 7 laptop computer and could not access the internet, although the smartphones could.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Nice location to stay at and take a shuttle to downtown Seattle for a football game.
Negatives:
The parking stalls are so small. I don't understand why I have to pay to park when I am paying for a hotel room.

We stayed on Two different dates with several days involved and the menu didn’t change

Front desk gentleman had no knowledge nor understanding about customer service . We gave him keys and asked for receipt printed copy. After 15 minutes he asked what is your room number . Clearly he was doing other things while we were waiting . After another 10 minutes he gave parking receipt. I told him that I ask for a hotel receipt, he said you will get it on email. We were absolutely surprised by rudeness especially when I told him when I stop to checkout that I would like hard copy .

Positives:
We traveled for a marathon and had our dog. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! they also let us have late checkout so we could shower after the race before heading out.
