Negatives: Black bananas on breakfast bar. Pancake machine broken. Weed and tobacco smoke in hallways. Garbage left outside in stairwell. A German Shepard dog was off leash in back hallway. Room had torn chair and banged up door and wall. It seemed like a shelter for unhoused people.
