Water in shower took almost 5 minutes to heat up. That's with taking a shower before 7 am!
Next time we are in Kennewick, we will stay elsewhere

No longer worth the money......
Positives:
Staff was accommodating for extensions (including keeping the same room). Breakfast was good, though I only ate eggs and sausage every time. Room service was courteous and polite. Good centralized location.
Negatives:
Room fridge randomly froze my drinks and food, making me wait to thaw them before consumption. Wifi could be inconsistent every so often. Ability to solve unique booking situations varied by receptionist.
