Great location, breakfast is good
Negatives:
Getting more run down. We requested no adjoining room, guess what we got...so hubby went to front desk...they moved us to a smaller, more run down room. Wasn't worth it to complain again. He did ask for the room we usually get and she flat out said no way. 4th stay there and you treat us poorly....not impressed.

Bed mattress had a crater 2foot wide and 1foot deep on one side of bed..Shouldn't of gotten by housekeeping or maintenance

The size of the room was nice.

The toilet didn't flush well at all. The windows were dirty enough you couldn't see out of them. The room was dark and not all the light bulbs worked.

The hall carpet had a lot of crumbs - dropped food? It was still there in the morning. One of the heaters was very noisy so we just turned it off.

I drive truck so the reasoning was to shower when I woke up the water was cold called front desk and they said the boiler had issues so they said I can use a shower from another room which was in another building having to walk outside to get to it at 35 degree weather then after showering had to go back to my original room instead of changing my room to one that’s had everything working .
When I asked to change rooms I was told I would be charged full service fees and still have to checkout by noon .
They tried to give me free breakfast for it and I said it’s already included in my hotel reservation I booked.
This set my morning behind and wasn’t in the greats mood when that was not the plan when I booked . Wanted to get well rested and hot shower to start my work day good.
Definitely do not recommend this hotel for your future bookings .
