Positives:
Room was clean (when housekeeping came). Close to my work training, grocery, and many restaurants. Front desk staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Many of the amenities were non-functional or of poor quality. Housekeeping failed to come to my room multiple days. Personal items disappeared from my room (and however items were fairly inexpensive, I expected more) Many shady characters also linger around the building, especially around the side and rear. And I know the staff cannot help this last fact, but not only were my adjacent guests very noisy all hours of the night, so was the parking lot where people would loudly play music. I was on a work trip, training for hours everyday, and being kept up until 12:00, 1:00, 2:00 in the morning made my productivity suffer.

Breakfast was mediocre. When it is a pet friendly hotel. There should be specific rooms designated as only non pet used rooms. Being 3 doors down is really not non pet area. It isn't the noise...its pet dander, hair and odor.
