The location felt very safe. Lots of parking. The rooms were spacious, super clean, no issues with our room whatsoever. Breakfast had a good variety.

Nobody got a key to their rooms. Was a real pain to get around facility. Couldn't get in pool or access to outside doors. Seems like some monet back would be in order. Not enough staff for this proble.

1. breakfast omelets were either flavorless (the cheese ones) or had peppers in them (which I can't eat). BUT there were plenty of other options.
2. I was looking for a hotel on the East Hill of Kent or Renton, but there doesn't seem to be any.

Staff was professional but I was not allowed to take my kids to the indoor pool and she told me I had to book another room and another down payment if I wanted to extend the room which did not make any chance.

Paying $12 per night for parking in a Hillsboro hotel is very disappointing. I think this fee is unnecessary and not something I'll be willing to pay again.
