There was nothing enjoyable about this stay, the best part was leaving.
Negatives:
Broken shower, no hot water, broken furniture down hallways on all floors, there was a bullet hole in the elevator, bugs in our room, the floors were filthy, the beds and pillows were painfully uncomfortable, a dog chased a guest down a hallway while she was screaming, the cops came twice for unknown reasons, there were homeless sleeping outside in the grass, and the staff was unpleasant and unaccomodating. We stayed three nights and that was three too many. They would not tell me the rate of of our room while checking in, we had to change rooms after the first night due to the broken shower, and they would not provide me with a receipt upon check out. They said they would email it, I even wrote it down for them so it was spelled correctly and I did not receive an email so no receipt whatsoever. I thought Red Lions had some standards but apparently I was very wrong. This hotel should have negative stars.
