someone pulled the Fire Alarm at 3:00 AM.
Everyone had to go stand in the Parking Lot.
At Check out the gal refused to give me a receipt for my Expense Report "Because you booked Online" !!!
Which is crap since I travel EVERY WEEK and book online and always get a Receipt.
In fact on BOOKINGS.Com one of the final questions is a Box to check if you'd "like a Invoice at Check out".
I've stayed at plenty of Red Lions and this one is the only one I got treated like crap........

Positives:
The two younger receptionists are accommodating and the hotel is close to Kent station which is nice.
Negatives:
My room was dirty, WiFi has been down for multiple days in a row. The maids tried to access my room multiple days in a row even though I had my do not disturb sign on my door. My bed had a memory hole in it like someone on bed rest had my room and never left the bed, and my pillows were visibly stained and half of them didn't even have pillow cases yuck. Ontop of that, there are multiple ppl camping out in their vehicles in the front and rear of the hotel so if your room is on the bacc side of the hotel good luck sleeping cuz they're usually up all night screaming and arguing with each other.

Dirty, bugs, beds were dirty, not vacuumed, some lights didn't work, vandalized walls with profanity, towels had brown marks on them, front desk guy was rude when checking me in, when I called bookings to tell them off the situation the front desk called me at midnight and started yelling at me and telling me they were going to remove me. Fire alarm went off at 345am and the front desk person just started filming it - didn't care about the safety of residents. Horrible place and area
