Negatives: The tv didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty and the some Of our lights didn’t work as well.

Negatives: The first room, when we walked in, it smelled like pee. My child won't walk in pass the door. The refrigerator had a leak, so the door was open, and it had a towel in it. After going back down and waiting in line to get another room, my child had to use the bathroom (none are in the lobby), so I gave him the room key. He came back down and told me there was poop in the toilet. We got another room, that looked normal. But after that first room and knowing they don't clean, I told my child to keep their shoes on at all times, and lucky I have a blanket in my car, and we used that. And by 6:30 we were up and out of there. It was nasty, so disappointed and they still charged me full price. Won't ever stay at that ANY of these hotels EVER!

Negatives: Pool was cold. Hot tub wasn't even hot. Elevator didn't work but they did accommodate us by leaving the pool open longer.

Negatives: Rude staff, overbooked and didnt have my room available

Negatives: There was a mold on the floor it was dirty when we walked in the floor wasn't vacuumed somebody's stuff was stuck under the mattress the refrigerator didn't work the TV didn't work they weren't able to get the TV to work the lamp chargers didn't work the lamps were broken it wasn't safe there was a bunch of homeless around in the parking lot asking for drugs the lighting was horrible and not all the light bulbs were in the lights and you had to push really hard for the bathroom door to shut

Negatives: $100 deposit a week later and still haven't released deposit funds. ??!

Negatives: Very dirty inside and out. Room was dusty, food stuck on wall, hand prints and grime on bed board, broken window screen, broken curtain, old bed pillows that were made into squares instead of a normal sized pillow.

Negatives: Needed a trolley. Carpets needed to be cleaned.
