Positives: Price and friendly staff.
Negatives: Not clean, dark, old uncomfortable furniture. Needs deep cleaning and/or updating. Suite was a big room with no furniture. Air conditioning only reached a small area, not in sleeping area.

Negatives: Room wasn't ready at 430 so told us it wouldn't be ready for 2 more hours. We had already traveled 4 hours and just wanted to relax. They weren't accepting cards which had to go find a bank for cash that I didn't budget for plus the 100.00 depoist. Just very disappointed

Positives: Some of the staff was friendly and helpful. I had stayed here once before and I remember it being nice.
Negatives: Our check in was 3pm, but they were still cleaning our room when we arrived in at 7pm and we didn't get it until 7:45pm. The room has stains everywhere, as well as had a broken TV and the beds had sinking spots. They were completely out of clean towels so we were unable to swim. The front desk staff was short and made no apologies or accommodations for the problems above.

Positives: I can not say enough about how bad this hotel is! The room was in very poor condition and had a foul odor, In fact, the whole establishment wreaked of marijuna and had multiple homeless people camping in the parking lot with trash strewn all over from the people living there. Our first night and the next morning, we asked for more towels, and we were told that none were available. Our room was never cleaned during our 2 night stay, very disappointing. There was no coffee maker in the room, but down in the lobby, some was provided. However, when we went to get some their were no cups available, and we were told they were completely out! This place is ghetto AF. Just don't! It was the worst place we have EVER stayed.

Negatives: Not a good experience with this hotel. We had stayed here before and it was nice and clean no problems but this time as soon as my kids sat on that bed and got up they started scratching and when I checked them they had fleas all over them. I took pictures of this and demanded a refund. Never going back to that hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Negatives: I am so disappointed and disgusted regarding my stay at red lion. I am so upset and I tried to complain to the management at red lion and they completely shut me out. NOTHING that was listed on your website to advertise red lion was what it was. No amenities and disgusted looking with dirty facilities no bedding we got sheets when I asked for bedding and garbage everywhere and no compliments breakfast and no computer and printer when I was expectingfrom work no snacks like was listed didn't feel safe. I am SO upset I am going to corporate for false advertising and no longer book with booking. I want a refund now!

Positives: I like the location and what the room had
Negatives: Is building was not clean thoroughly, there were transients in the parking lot and in the lobby. I went downstairs early the next morning and there was a pair of transients sleeping on the stair well.

Positives: Close to our event.
Negatives: Property allows homeless to camp in parking lot. Also, we had checked in and about 30 minutes later another family walked in. Turns out the evening front desk personnel put that family in even though we were already in there. That front desk person just blew us off like it was not a big deal.

Positives: Girl at front desk was nice
Negatives: Old and dirty our deadbolt had a paper shoved on it so we couldnt lock it! I took it out lots of homeless drugged Out people in and out of hotel and no blankets on bed just 3 sheets that were off white! But supposed to be white! Not good!!!!
