Positives: Breakfast, facility is nicely updated, night employee Dave goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. He's always extremely friendly and helpful. He always treats everyone with the upmost respect and decency no matter what the situation. Once i dropped a 50 dollar bill on the ground and he found out who the owner of the bill was and brought it back to me at my room. He also goes above and beyond to make everyone feel safe at night and routinely keeps a watchful eye on the outside of the building as well. Out of every hotel I've ever stayed I can confidently say he is by far the best front desk employee I've ever encountered.
Negatives: There is no laundry facilities at this time and my cable didn't work and for the price I would expect those. My biggest problem though was the fact that i was basically kicked out after 3 weeks and in my opinion very unfairly and unprofessionally. I payed in the morning as per usual and then later that night around midnight i realized i had missed a call on my CELL PHONE earlier in the day so i listened to my voicemail and it was Elaina the manager telling me that due to "circumstances" that i was no longer allowed to be there and had to leave in the morning. So due to transportation availability I had to pack up and leave at 2am and find somewhere to go. This was obviously very inconvenient and it would have been a lot easier if I was told earlier and she could have called the room or knocked on my door and let me know as I was there all day instead of leaving me a voicemail on my cell. Also, I didn't do anything that I'm aware of to get kicked out. Earlier that morning she had asked how many people were staying in my room and i said me and one other person as previously advised but there was also a registered guest that we informed them about and signed them in as requested so that's the only thing that I can think of and also they want to clean your room every three days and that day i had talked to housekeeping and told them id rather do it the following day if they were ok with that and everything seemed fine. Also, when I stayed there 6.months ago they never refunded my deposit when they said they would.
