Positives:
The beds and linens were excellent, the staff brought a roll away quickly as resquested, and breakfast was wonderful -- lots of options and times were good.
Negatives:
I think the hotel is in the midst of a remodel, and some of the keys didn't work for the exit doors, but did for the room. Ultimately, it didn't impact our group.

Positives:
The room size for presidential suite is amazing, the jetted tub and shower combo is also very awesome. Staff are always amazing and helpful, and there are plenty of extras like breakfast and restaurant services and music.
Negatives:
Beds are not very comfortable could be a little longer for tall people as well. Also the whole hotel needs regular maintenance plenty of worn things like paint, and carpeting even some flooring repairs that needs to be done. hoping before we come back next year they make some changes like just paint, and fix some things.
