Convenient location for traveling without a car. Very close to the transit center and the Victoria BC Canada Black Ball ferry.
Negatives:
Evening staff was not very friendly, nor overly helpful. It is an older property maintained, but not modernized. Internet did not work, which was expected 15 years ago, but not in today’s modern technology. Outlets at the desk did not work, but was able to mess with the electrical to get them to work. Heater/Air was an older wall unit. It was loud and cycled very often, usually less than one minute between going off and coming on. No way to have the fan just stay on. View of half the rooms (ours) was the parking lot much older exterior entrance units across from us.
