Positives: The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and easy to organise. The room was clean, decently sized, and the receptionist at check-in (Bryana) was extremely friendly and helpful.

Negatives: For some reason housekeeping let themselves into my room twice in the morning. Both times unannounced, both times they apologised but I received no explanation as to why they were letting themselves in. Thankfully I was dressed... I complained over the phone and emailed to record the issue to prevent other travellers experiencing the same, but they have yet to respond.

Negatives: had booked the hotel via booking.com and had a terrible experience with hotel marking us as a no show. this was inspite of advance payment , messaging the hotel via the booking.com app about our late arrival . we were double charged for the room . coming off a delayed flight we had no option . they just put the blame on 3rd party booking and claimed that they had not been informed of our late check in

Positives: Shuttle was convenient and prompt. Room was nice-ish and kinda funky. The lobby had some fun stuff like arcade games, foosball, and giant jenga.

Negatives: Only 1 light switch for the entire room, including the bathroom! If you're the last one to get ready for bed, or the first to get up in the morning, you have to do your routine in the dark to avoid waking up everyone else. Food options were very limited. The canteen was expensive and there wasn't much that was healthy. The bar serves food but had absolutely nothing for food-restricted people (dairy and gluten in our family's case). There are no restaurants within easy walking distance, not for kids anyway.

Positives: The front desk staff was friendly and bar staff was great. Beds and pillows were great and the common area was awesome.

Negatives: The front desk staff was friendly but not accommodating to us needing maid service. I had to take out our own garbage and track down a maid to change the bags. Needed more bottled water. One is not enough for 4 people to our room. Coffee was awful. The lights in room suck! You can't turn on the bathroom. Light without turning on all the lights. So people sleeping get woken up as a person goes into the restroom.
