The room was clean but the bed was too soft. It needs to be upgraded. The room heat was off and the room was cold. The heat/cooler was very noisy. Made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was poor. Most of the food options were pre packed and did not look very appetizing. The fresh fruit that we tried was poor quality. The attendant was sitting in the area watching a video on her phone. I asked the attendant a question but went nowhere, she does not speak English. We will not stay here again.
